Residents in the Stark County area have been receiving phone calls saying that their debit card is locked. They are then instructed to enter private account information.

These calls are not coming from Superior Savings Credit Union or any other financial institution. The calls are a criminal attempt to collect debit card information in order to commit fraud. If you receive such a call, we urge you not to divulge any account information. If you have already given your account information, please contact us immediately.
